Antiquity is a new smart-growth community in Cornelius, NC just 20 miles north of Charlotte, NC. The covered-bridge entrance on the Davidson side of the community reflects the at-ease, friendly feeling envisioned for this community. At it’s completion the streets inside Antiquity will be lined with more than 1,000 residences built with all ages and stages of life in mine, from couples and growing families to young professionals and empty nesters.

Tucked in and around the community will be single family homes, townhomes, apartments and a total of nine mini parks. Plans also include athletic fields and a 2.500 seat amphitheater. Adjacent to the community is the Antiquity Village Center that will soon house a Harris Teeter Grocery store, offices, conveniences and restaurants.
